Wild Nights at the Folsom Zoo

Yes, another Zoo visit. This time it was night, the Folsom Zoo comes alive with millions of Christmas lights and the Animals are equally as active. The Tigers put on a pretty amazing performance just for us wrestling and play fighting and coming right up to the fence and staring at Skyler it was a little freaky but so much fun. There were carolers walking around and the Christmas Spirit was alive and well at the Folsom Zoo for just $5 I would recommend everyone attend!

Fall Day at the Farm

Skyler love love loves to be outside climbing, digging and exploring are his TOP priorities.

Mans Work

A visit to Grammy and G-pa Taylor's is always a mini adventure for little Sky, here he is feeding the Horse.

State Capital

Living in a capital city definitely has its perks. Here we are enjoying a trip to capital park to let the kids run around and visit the State Christmas Tree. Skyler was far more interested in the large mud puddles then the tree.

Sky's First Merry-Go-Round

Everything is more fun with a kid in toe. This was a trip to the Roseville Galleria.

Little Helper

Skyler absolutely LOVES to help with whatever we are doing, this day we were raking leaves he get very serious but did take some time out to do a little dance in the pile. I think he likes the sound of them crunching.

Chanel 31 News

For 10 days in December my Parents Lavender Farm was open. Alan Sanchez came out to do a segment on us. Skyler was the star.

Boots

I can not believe how hard it was to find rain boot is his size but here they are and hes a happy guy.

Bubble Bath

This is our ritual every night. After he takes a bath he needs a shower to get all the bubbles off.

Folsom ZOO

What a fun little Zoo this is. There were no crowds awesome animals and a little story about how each animal came to like at the Zoo/Sanctuary. We had a great time! Skyler love love loves animals.

Yosemite

What Fun!!! As part of our B-Day gift we were given a weekend in beautiful Yosemite. There were too many awesome things list. We loved every last second of our time there. Skyler loved all the Deer and wanted to chase them all over the park. We had breakfast at the Ahwahnee and it was AMAZING. We stayed at the Yosemite Lodge and would definitely stay there again while kids are small. Over all it was Magical and inspiring we can't wait to go back again!

Park

We LOVE living in California where else can you spend an afternoon at the park in December with only a light sweatshirt on. Skyler and I love to go to this neighborhood park our friends Cody and Debbie introduced it to us and we can't get enough. Being able to spend my days as a Mother is the greatest blessing I could have ever asked for. I'm so grateful for all my Husbands hard work to make it possible.

Thanksgiving

This year we hosted Thanksgiving at our house. Here is Skyler, Daddy and Chance watching the Parade. Skyler was wearing an oven mit while riding his horse it was the cutest thing.

Santa

We went to the Roseville Mall to visit Santa, Skyler was so excited to see the large Christmas Tree he started screaming in excitment and running towards it people were stopping and pointing at him he was so cute until.... it was his turn to sit on Santa's lap. We didn't have the heart to make him sit on his lap so we all ended up in the picture this year : ) Merry Christmas!
