Sky's Swim with the Ducks

We love our beautiful American River Parkway just down the road from our home, we visit often and feed the ducks. The sun was shinning bright so we decided to take the kids for a walk no sooner did we get to the ducks when Sky ran straight into the freezing water! What a little stinker, he was giggling and would not come close enough to the shore for us to snag him without getting our own shoes soaking wet. His little rain boots were FILLED with river water needless to say our walk was cut short, we stripped the little dare devil and headed for home :)
